Our last guest calling in was Kim Malatesta, the Director of Professional Services at JMI Resource! Kim started her Staffing career in Oklahoma City 25 years ago  as a recruiter for Kelly Services.  She spent almost 20 years in the company as a recruiter, sales manager and District Manager m working in Dallas, Tampa and Orlando.  Kim also worked for other staffing agencies after Kelly which focused on more niche recruiting.  She is currently with JMI Resource.  She was brought to JMI to open up their Professional Services Division over a year ago.  The division is growing and they concentrate on recruitment for Healthcare, IT, Accounting and Finance, Business Operations and Executive Searches.   Kim is also supporting the sales team for the JMI Staffing division which recruits for Light Industrial, Manufacturing and Hospitality.
