Tampa native, Chantel Griffin-Stampfer, is the new CEO of Frameworks of Tampa Bay, a non-profit that promotes emotional intelligence by teaching youth to manage their emotions, develop healthy relationships and make good decisions. Chantel came to Frameworks with wide-ranging experience in nonprofit leadership; most recently as the Vice President of Children’s Services at Easter Seals Florida. Prior to Easter Seals, Chantel led organizations who served at-risk youth involved in juvenile justice programs and pregnant or parenting teens. Their purpose is to develop social and emotional skills in youth so they can recognize and manage emotions, maintain positive relationships and handle interpersonal situations effectively.
