Monica P. Da Silva is a Tampa native that graduated from the University of South Florida in 2002 with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology and a minor in Criminology. Audra Brown is the Branch Director and Open Adoption Counselor at IAC’s Florida office located in Tampa. She has been with the agency since the Florida office opened its doors in September 2013, and has been in the social services field for the past nine years. Audra has a Bachelor’s degree in psychology from University of Evansville, a Master’s degree is social work from University of Central Florida, and is also a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in the state of Florida. Audra has experience working with a wide variety of populations including those with mental illness, substance use disorders, developmental disabilities, older adults, at-risk pregnant women considering adoption, and adoptive families.
